To simplify the installation process, we offer several ways to install our games on your Windows Mobile powered device.

You may also download the products directly to your mobile device by clicking on the download links provided in the e-mail sent to you after purchasing.
* Note: please note that you must have an internet or data plan activated to download products Over-the-Air.
After making a game purchase, you will be asked to enter your Windows Mobile 'Owner Name'. Your Owner Name is used to generate the activation code, so verify that you are entering the exact name as entered on your device when generating your codes. If you do not know where to find your Owner Name, see #3 below.
To generate the unlock key for your purchased games we need your Windows Mobile Owner Name.
You can find this on most devices by going to:
Start --> Settings --> Owner Information. Example: "Mike Smith".
To avoid any problems registering your products, please make sure to have your Owner Name before making a purchase.
If your registration key is being rejected, you may have entered the wrong Owner Name when generating an activation code. Please e-mail Customer Support with the proper Owner Name using the Customer Support Form below.
Please verify that emails from Winplay.com are not being blocked by your e-mail application, and also check to see if they have been sent to your spam folder. If this is not the case, please e-mail Support using the Customer Support Form below.
If you like to cancel your monthly game subscription, please send a request through our support form below with your original purchase Order ID. If you do not have the Order ID, please send the full name and email that was used on the order.
You may contact Magmic Games/Winplay Customer Support by using the Customer Support Form below. After you submit your inquiry, you should receive an auto-response email acknowledging receipt of the message. The email will also indicate the expected wait times for response. While we endeavor to address all Support inquiries within 48 to 72 hours, at times we can experience heavy Support volume that can extend wait times. We thank you for your patience.
